Martin Equipment Rebuilders specializes on all makes and models of gearbox repairs. We have state-of-the-art technology and unique style of remanufacturing, repairing, regrinding, and machining your old and worn out gears. Upon arrival of your equipment we thoroughly clean all debris, grease, and oil. We inspect the gears and shafts and examine the components with a high-tech magnaflux for chips, cracks, flaking, and wear. Other components are repaired or replaced to meet or exceed O.E.M. specifications. Gears are remanufactured or rebuilt and in some cases rehardened as required. Shaft journals and bearing surfaces are repaired to specification.

We can provide options and upgrades, or replacement even without manufacturer drawings. We have the capability to reverse-engineer any gear by taking comprehensive measurements.
