DASHER AND MUTATOR SHAFTS

Multi-Spline and Square Drives

Rechrome on bearing and seal areas

New ends on mutator / dasher shafts, when needed

Internal and external spline cutting

Replace pins on mutators and dasher shafts

Replace bushing on inner beaters

Throughout the past we have straightened bent and twisted mutators and dasher shafts. A bent shaft will cause premature scoring on barrels and tubes.

BARRELS AND TUBES

Got Pits?

An overlay is applied to damaged areas, pits, and cavities to minimize the removal of base metal. This process allows us to maintain wall thickness. Guaranteed not to chip, flake, or peel. This process is called "Save Our Tubes." To achieve maximum build-up, chrome is applied at a rate of .0008 per hour. Chrome finish 8 to 10 RMS.

Delivery time on any re-chromed tubes and barrels is just 7 to 10 days.
