BORON DIFFUSION​

M.E.R offers the boron diffusion a hardening process for your supercritical wear parts/components with our (Priority One Emergency two Day Service Guaranteed If Needed.) Originally developed by NASA for use on the head-shield of the Apollo Space Modules, this is an exclusive proprietary technology that is only available to our customers.

The boron hardening process is not a coating, heat treatment or another form of mechanical, chemical or alloying bonding to the surface (like plasma impingement). Our process diffuses into the host material to form an intermetallic structural that greatly improves the resistance to wear, cavitation, corrosion, abrasion, erosion & impact. Our high-quality, long-lasting crusher parts and innovation have fostered, long-term relationships with our customers, suppliers, and employees.
